With over 13 years of experience in home improvement, founder Eudes Herrera brings a hands-on perspective to the home inspection industry.

He began his career in Miami as a custom glass and mirror contractor, where precision and attention to detail were essential. Later, he expanded into window and door installation, gaining deep insight into construction quality and the importance of proper installation—especially in preventing moisture intrusion, a major concern for Florida homeowners.

Today, as a licensed home inspector, Eudes applies that contractor’s knowledge to every inspection, identifying issues others may overlook and evaluating each home with unmatched thoroughness.
